Characteristics
Our sparkling wine, made from Verdeca grapes picked on the Pugliese Murgia between the 10th and 20th September, is a straw yellow wine with herbal and fruity aromas, ideal for an aperitif savoured in good company.
With golden reflections, aged in steel containers, it is fresh and sapid, with mineral notes.
It should be served at temperatures between 8-10°C, and pairs best with cheeses, fish, shellfish and white meat dishes, and light finger food.
