Characteristics
Kataos, guardian of the secret of the blood of the gods, is the inspiration behind this organic red wine with great structure, produced from carefully selected organic primitivo grapes.
The aging process is started in French oak barrels, and then finished in the bottle.
The final result is the authentic expression of Primitivo di Gioia del Colle.
Kataos is characterised by its intense ruby red colour with purple reflections, and its clean aroma with good intensity and soft tannins.
Red berries, humus, and Pugliese fig and bitter almond vincotto give this wine a full aroma and notes of spice, to be enjoyed with red meats and mature cheeses
